About the House

The house is in a quiet condominium just 150 metres from Geriba beach which is one of the most fashionable beaches in Buzios.

On the ground floor there is a very large living room with dining area. There is a smart TV in the living room. There is an American style kitchen complete with cooker, fridge, freezer, microwave and all necessities. There are two bedrooms, both with double bed and wardrobes.

There is a separate 'indoor garden' sitting area. The living room, dining room and downstairs bedroom have overhead fans. There is also a separate outdoor shower.

On the first floor there are three further bedrooms, each with double bed and wardrobe. All five bedrooms are complete with en-suite shower rooms and air conditioning. The main bedroom has a private veranda and TV.

Outside there is parking for 3 cars. Within the garage there is a washing machine and drying area. There is also a covered private barbecue area.

At the front of the house is a patio area where you can sit and relax. At the rear of the house is the communal condominium area where you will find a swimming pool and a childrens pool as well as a recreation area. There are areas to sit and relax with plenty of seating provided.

The condominium is totally enclosed and secure.
